Why separate parcels. The diffuser, the fragrance and the power adapter are made by different people in different places. Nobody makes all three well. So they travel separately and land a few days apart — every one free, every one tracked. If one arrives and the others haven’t, nothing has gone wrong.
Why weeks and not two days. We do not hold a warehouse of stock. Each batch is ordered from the facility that builds these after the orders come in, which is most of the reason the unit costs what it does rather than $300 — you are not paying for a shelf somewhere. We quote four weeks because that is the outside edge; most orders land well before it. We would rather you be early than sorry. If you need it by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it makes it.
If tracking stops moving
Give it three business days — scans go quiet mid-route more often than parcels go
missing. After that, email us the order number and we chase it. If it is genuinely lost, we
ship a replacement.
