Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If something is priced wrong by an obvious error, we will contact you and cancel rather than quietly ship the wrong thing.

Payment

We pick and pack once payment clears. If a payment is flagged for review we may contact you before dispatching, and we may cancel and refund an order we cannot verify.

Subscription — the refill plan

The refill plan is optional and is offered only after a purchase. If you accept it, this is exactly what happens and nothing else:

• Nothing is charged on the day you accept. Your card is authorised, not billed.
• The first charge is $34.97, and it falls when your first bottle is due to run out — about 10 weeks after the order, or about 5 months if you bought the full library.
• After that, $34.97 every 3 months, for two 100 ml bottles, shipped free, until you stop it.
• We email you three days before every charge, with a one‑click link to skip that shipment or cancel the plan entirely.
• Cancelling takes one action — that link, or one email to support@sottohome.com. No phone call, no retention offer, no form. We action it the same business day and confirm in writing.
• The price does not change without notice. If it ever changes, we tell you before the charge that uses the new price, and you can cancel first.
• A charge already taken for a shipment already sent is not refundable once the seal on a bottle is broken — the same rule as any oil order. An unopened refill box, returned within 30 days, is refunded with return shipping on you.

You can also change which scents come in each shipment, or delay a shipment, by email. Same day, same address.

What this product is and is not

SOTTO is a fragrance diffuser. It is not a medical device, an air purifier, or a humidifier. It makes a room smell like something. It does not treat, prevent or cure anything, and we make no health claims of any kind.

Scent and personal sensitivity

Fragrance affects people differently. If anyone in the house has a respiratory condition or a known fragrance sensitivity, be careful and start at the lowest setting.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
